Didn't know this was possible. Are they any better than the normal Creative drivers sound wise? The new Creative driver seems to be ~. Some say they have better sound quality while most say they've got new problems. I've been using the March drivers for my current card.

Hope these sound better than the Creative ones. And now I'm curious.

Well you need the Prelude drivers to unlock the Dolby Digital Live for all but the Xtreme Audio X-Fi cards.

Not sure if you can use the Prelude drivers with the card by itself.
