Its sound is full and dynamic with a very low noise floor and it can easily best what would be at its price (used) in the (new) market such as the NAD, Parasound Zphono, Music Hall, Bellari, etc. If you are a vinyl fan, this is a steal! It has internal adjustments to get the loading correct on whatever cartridge you own whether MM or low-output MC.
