Anyway, I'm not really doing much of that anymore, so I'm going to let it go. I'm mostly back to playing plain old acoustic drums again. This mixer would also be good for someone who was performing live and wanted to step up from a powered mixer setup to something a little bit more versatile. With the two aux's you could have a dedicated monitor mix and send a signal to your preferred effects processor. Soundtracs consoles Soundtracs Topaz First here's an original Independant REVIEW of TOPAZ 8 / PROJECT 8 The Soundtracs Topaz Project 8 replaces the original Topaz mixer, but the changes between the two consoles are largely cosmetic.
